Price doubles from cart to order

Item price doubled from cart to order, *** call keeps dropping but managed to get through. Email feedback insists that I ordered the same item from a different takealot supplier which is untrue. Tried calling again but call centre line keeps on dropping after a while. I would have thought a company like this would provide more professional support
