Preferring TAKEALOT of our money over customer service

Please be careful when ordering from Takealot, as it seems that they do not have any quality control before despatching goods. Two of my last three orders had incorrect items delivered, which is really frustrating. Not only that, they say I cannot return the item that was delivered incorrectly. In addition, I have had my product reviews rejected because I did not use the product (can you believe it). REALLY TAKEALOT!!! If they delivered the right item, I would have used it. If this is how they treat customers then it is going to be easy for Amazon to get going... At the moment it feels like its TAKEALOT of our money rather than ensuring customers are happy. I'm ready to make the switch and Takealot is pushing me...
