Pre-Orders not going out on day of launch

<p>I was a loyal customer since the take2 days.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is now the second time that I've pre-ordered something and not receive it on launch day. In the past it was never a problem and that's why most people do pre-orders. So you can have it on the day of release.</p> <p> </p> <p>My friends who ordered the same product from Raru received it on the day of release.</p> <p> </p> <p>Only reason I kept on ordering from Takealot was because of the eBucks. Now Raru is cheaper anyway and I will just use my eBucks on fuel rather.</p> <p> </p>
