Pre Order not delivered

How frustrating, I Pre - ordered a PS4 limited edition game early in April 2017, even got an email when they confirmed the order has been moved up to 6th September 2017, one day after release and I still have nothing, my friend order his copy last week from Takealot and received it on time yesterday. No more pre-orders from this bussiness again.
