Pre Order for nothing

<p>I pre ordered Fifa 17 for ps3 on Monday 26 Sept (order number ********** ), and the order showed delivery date of 29 Sept which is the release date of the game. This is expected when you do a 'PRE ORDER'. The 29th came and went, and nobody from Takealot informed me of the apparent stock problem until about my 4th call to chase the order. I told them to cancel the order and still, nobody contacted me to confirm the cancellation, so I had to call AGAIN until finally someone confirmed cancellation.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its one thing to not have stock to fulfil your pre-orders (thats bad planning) but its another thing to mess your customer around and not communicate to them the problems and/or respond timeously to their requests.</p> <p> </p> <p>I usually receive good service from Takelot so this is surprising and has left me extremely dissatisfied.</p> <p> </p> <p>I expect my Cancellation to be processed in a more effecient and timeous manner and the refunds to show up in my account sooner rather than later.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ahmed Khota</p>
