Pre-order?

<p>My complaint is based on the simple fact that when you pre order an item you expect to recieve it on the initial release day, what is the point of pre ordering if this is not the case. I might as well go to a shop and purchase it there, so then i call in to ask can i pick it up from the branch based in cresta, i am then told no but two weeks ago i picked up a parcel from the very same branch, I have been told that they would assist with delivering on the release day and they will let me know via sms as to when this will be delivered, nothing has been confirmed!!!!after numerous calls, i am still stuck in the same situation, i cant even have the policy cancelled. Takealot used to my favorite place to shop but now ill have to shop elsewhere </p>
