POWERLESS BECAUSE THEY HAVE MY MONEY

I bought patio furniture and of July. It was delivered on the 30th. We assembled it 31, found out that one chair is damaged and logged a call for return on the 1 August. They are still holding my money as they did not come to collect their stupid furniture. I am so FRUSTRATED at this point as I want my money back with interest as they are keeping it for damn 2 months now.
