Power Bank

I am not impressed with Takealot. I bout a power bank a few months ago and the one port did not work. I never bothered about it as the other port worked and I only use it for 1 device. I sent it eventually back thinking they would fix it. I received it back a few days ago and now the other port does not work which always did work. Totally disgusted and didn’t even get an explanation of why they didn’t fix the other port. This is useless to me now.
