Pots exchanged and not returned

I bought pots RRN-662d-8aa5 15 Piece Dolphin Cookware Set Returned them due to one that was damaged the first day I try cooking .I then returned it and it came due to the store wanted all the 15 pieces .So last week 10.02.2021 I returned all .Now a week later still nothing .Those pots are paid for and I need them .They Took the whole month with one pot yoh. No they cant whole month of returning pots .
