Potchefstroom have the most pathetic and *********** service. The staff is blatant lairs, we reschedule a delivery once. They informed the sender that we rescheduled twice and they tried to deliver but we were not home, even though I work from home and my home office face the gate. While we were on the phone with the call center they said that the driver is in front of the gate, which he was not. Note it is not the first time they were delivering at this address. After 3 days of communication with their call center and struggling to get answers from them, they informed us that they lost the parcel?! I am very dissatisfied with the service received.
