Possible ***** at Takelot.

I have always enjoyed using Takealot. However, recently I sent back a product which we were not happy with and I was credited R1400.00. Within a very short while, MTN Pre-Paid Coupons (for which I would never have any need for) were purchased on my account for R1400.00. I wrote to Takealot (by the way it is impossible to talk to anyone there) advising them of this and suggesting that this had to be an inside job, and I received a very quick answer saying that someone from outside must have hacked my account. My response was that it had to be someone within the organisation who had access to my account and who knew that a credit had been raised. My frustration was the absolute lack of care or desire to see if they have got massive ***** going on within Takealot itself. I am willing to bet that this is not the first time this has happened. I would like to be credited again or at least have someone senior to make contact with me and see how we can resolve this.
