Portable Electric Food Vacuum Sealer Machine -Q-Z100 FAULTY

I ordered a Portable Electric Food Vacuum Sealer Machine -Q-Z100. It came on Monday the 17th October 2022. The product only seals but doesn't vacuum out the air. When I use the vacuum and seal function the appliance makes a loud noise, attempting to vacuum but doesn't then seals. I've wasted the bags that came with it as well as my own. Now I have food stuff that came from a vacuumed bag and is in a bag where I have to extract air my way to store the food stuff. It might get old some time soon.

I've logged a return the same day the product came. I've logged 3 returns and when I go to check how far is the return process, it disappeared and had to do another return. I assume they sold me a product that was returned many times. The appliance bix was open as well like it was used before. The way it looked out of the box let me make the assumption which might be true.

I just wish competition can come their way because Takealot is RIDICULOUS.
