Poor/unreliable service

Ordered placed, and paid for guaranteed weekend shipping (Saturday). Order wasn't dispatched until I called Takealot at 5:30pm on Saturday to find out where the order was. Wasted a whole Saturday of waiting for a delivery for no reason. Fingers crossed that it still gets delivered tonight. Takes away the reason to shop online when it doesn't save you any time, or hassle.
