Poorest service ever.

Phone was sent for repairs after sim card slot 1 stopped receiving signal. Phone is still Under warranty. Was declined due to cracked screen. Mail was sent to consultant attending to my return with no feedback. Gudani.M. Cracked screen was not the issue and was broken December last year and has no relation to the sim card slot not receiving signal. phone was delivered back to me today without being repaired. Poorest service ever and will not use Takealot.com again.
