Poorest Service

I ordered items on Takealot and I must this has been this most ridiculous service I've ever came across, apparently the driver couldn't find my address mind you driver did not even contact me not at all, even now I call the centre and I'm being told my order is in another area and I need to wait another two to three working days that time I've been waiting for over almost 2 weeks..this was supposed to make life easy ****it
