POORER CUSTOMER SERVICE

So I cancelled my order before the item was shipped and I have been which was on the 31/03/2025. I was told by Johneil P I would be getting my refund within 4 working days

Today (4/4/2025) I call in spoke to Kelsey. D she told me my order might not have been cancelled properly and she will be escalating this. AND I received an email from Ntombozuko.S telling me I should allow 4 working days for the cancellation request to be processed. LIKE WHAT THE HELL I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY MONEY. I WANT MY REFUND LIKE NOW
