Poor; wait; no communication

Hello. Bought and paid for in full SATURDAY morning for a NEXT DAY labelled item. Delivery communications from Takealot stated delivery time between 08:00 and 17:00. It is now already 17:45 on MONDAY and I have heard nothing from the driver that (IT) will or will not be delivering today. I am feeling so disappointed in the communications methods between delivery people...the companies that manage them and the client like myself. Make your communications better...I am not a TELEPATH and this is a discomfort galore and I am not happy with you and or your courier service provision. Phoned Paarl Takealot more that 5 times without them answering their phone. Thank you Jessica and the lady who tried to help me try and chase down the delivery van in Worcester. Sadly that did not help. Here I am...Tuesday approaching ...for a poor NEXT DAY delivery experience! Due to urgency I bought a sub-par product just to have it delivered asap. Now I am know I wasted my money because of your por communications processes between delivery person and client! Because your next day delivery did not work for me.

Takealot. At 20:11 tonight; I got a call from your delivery truck driver. Thank you.

My comments above I feel are still valid by communication standards and here is where I want to point out the following:
The application you use to show the progression of the item that is out for delivery is to be delivered between 08:00 and 17:00 and the heading explicitly stades: Delivery today before 17:00.

In reality this is not true; is it? Your drivers deliver to well after 20:00 and it is therefore important that you either change your notification process to the client waiting for the package to be delivered by 17:00 by informing them/us/myself/me of the following rather:
Delivery today before 21:00

This will create a positive experience whereby a person can expect a delivery well after normal working hours.
