Poor unacceptable vrot service

I bought a refurbished laptop. I log a return as my laptop was still under warranty. my laptop had connectivity issues (technical errors) I am so upset they declined my return due to physical damages a scratch ****tle crack). My concern is my laptop has work fine all the time fine with the crack the root problem is a technical fault. They did not even check what the problem was it is unacceptable that they said my warranty lapse without even examination what the problem is I am definitely going to log a complaint by the NCC
