Poor turnaround time on deliveries

<p>I ordered a graphics card on the 23rd of July 2016 which was supposed to be delivered within 3-5 working days, however until now I am still waiting for feedback regarding the order. Subsequently to this the 1st order I made was cancelled due to the item not being available even though it was advertised as being available. The current status of my order shows as "ordered from supplier". I would like to be refunded the amount paid and teh funds to be credited back, clearly it seems anything being advertised is not available.</p>
