POOR TURN AROUND TIME AND NO COMMUNICATION

<p>ORDER NUMBER: ********** - I am a regular customer 3 x monthly at least, I ordered the above mentioned on 30 November and was advised at the time of order that the parcel would be delivered Monday 12 December due to stock shortages. Had I known that it was going to take so long I would have sourced another supplier. Since following up numerous times to establish the whereabouts and each time being told TOMORROW , well in this instance it seems tomorrow is NEVER COMING! This is a XMAS GIFT AND I trusted YOUR SERVICE DELIVERY! I have called and emailed and to date you have still not delivered! I have now left my details for one of your PERSONS IN CHARGE WITH A LOT OF PULL to contact me - I DO NOT want to be told we can reverse the sale, are you fulfilling my daughters CHRISTMAS wishes! I reiterate I ORDERED THIS 30 NOVEMBER 2016 - major fail ON YOUR PART TAKEALOT!!!!!!</p>
