Poor treatment and customer service

Absolutely no action from Takealot for the last week when I contacted them regarding a serious issue.

After attempting to enter a competition, they would not accept my submission, citing “profanity” in my submission. There is no such profanity in my email address or name submitted. I can only assume the “profanity” they speak of in my submission would be my legal surname - Fick. I sent them a screenshot but nothing has been done. I would like them to tell me exactly what they consider to be profane, and if this is my surname that they consider as “profanity”
