Poor terrible service ***********

I had to return a rain suit because of poor quality. Opt for replacement. I received a garden MANUAL SOIL BLOCK???? This is NOT the first time I received a wrong order and on BOTH occasions it was a gift! This is super embarrassing and so *********** on Takealot side!!!!!!
