Poor Takealot.com after sales service

Vey bad customer service. Purchased a dishwasher from them. It failed within two weeks of delivery and I have been struggling for over four months to get their customer service centre to obtain the credit note from Hisense so that they can refund my money. They simply refuse to settle the matter.
