Poor Takealot when it counts.

Truly only any good when things are right. Can not ever get anyone on the phone and sadly people on the emails are incapable to apply logic and sort out any problems. Ordered 8 solar lights. 2 x 4. Some genius thought send 5 white and 3 black was a good idea. I have installed the 5 white and returned the 3 black. After Takealot cancelling my return as they lost another order of mine, I needed to log it again. around 3 days after returning, I get a mail stating that not all accessories are present and I must also return the other 5 white as its part of a bundle(not true as each 4 could in theory be a bundle but also not.) It is however impossible to get anyone on Takealot emails to understand the lights are drilled and mounted on a wall and are not coming off. Should one break under warranty they are saying I would need to take all of them off and return all of them to replace the one which would've broken. How does this make sense. You log the return for the 3 black and replace with 3 white. I have even sourced and found a shop who has black (cheaper than Takealot I may add) but they can't comprehend that I go purchase one and return it to make a complete 4 as it not a white one (which is installed, and I want).

This is why a company like Takealot will not see its first year against Amazon when it arrives.
