POOR TAKEALOT SERVICE

We bought a laptop in December. The problem was it keep on dropping the wifi connection. According to an IT specialist the switch of the wifi is not working. We send it back too Takealot and they the said that nothing was wrong, the send it back to us. We are currently on holiday from the USA and stay in guesthouses. There was no spesific recedential addrress. They eventually send it back with a courier still not working.

My wife bought underwear and the wrong items arrived. We went to the Canal Walk pick up point to return the items. The lady scanned all six items, I received all the e-mails as proof of it. We receive the credit back from them and only 5 items was paid out. Now we struggle to get the last money back, all excusess in the world. BAD customer service ever.
