Poor Takealot service

I bought a new laptop(Acer Aspire 5, 11th Gen) but instead of a 500GB SSD, I received a 250GB SSD. When I returned the laptop, I asked the employee if they do have stock of the configuration I wanted, because if they did not, I would be okay with the 250GB SSD. He told me that yes they do have and even after he said it, I saw on Takealot website that the offer is still available. After returning the laptop, I received a mail few hours later that they do not have stock of the 500GB SSD anymore and that my refund was processed. I told them that I'd be okay with the laptop returned should something like this happened. Now the laptop is removed from their site and they don't have any other 11th Gen laptops. I'm so disappointed because I would even pay for the laptop I returned to the warehouse.

I logged a ticket ***1 with them but no reply.
