Poor Takealot Service

I ordered an item paid same day delivery just before 5 on 11th August my item was delivered what a surprise I got utter ******* was send to me and not item that I ordered. Immediately I log a return and on 17th August and emails and phonecalls the ******* is not collected nor correct item send yesterday was promised by end of the monday it will be sorted out and the 17th it will be collected and another 3 to 4 days before I receive my same day item I ordered Takealot service is a disgrace
