Poor Takealot Delivery service

It's been a week now since I ordered my takealot order, everytime the driver doesn't deliver it its been a week now even after I gave them an alternative number, the driver should lie and say he didn't find the address as it can be found on Google including Google Map, I kept on persponding my business meetings since last week. I even even ended up leaving the gate and Door open just so that he can see that there is someone at the yard. Order #***. ID ***
