Poor takealot and fedex service

I bought a smartphone and the item was not up to what i expected i did return it within 6days i logged the return 1*it was sceduled for collection on the tuesday BUT was collected on the wednesday 2*the phone ,pouch ,and tempred glass was booked for return so i put all 3 items in 1 box and packed it like the rules state if i send a parcel back for return /fedex opened my parcel and split the con*****s and Chantelle from fedex phoned me and told me they are busy splitting my parcel in 3 boxes wich was not right my parcel was packed and sealed 3*now they claim the charger adaptor is not in the cellphone box and i did pack it as if there is an accesory missing the return will not be credited 4*ive been waiting from friday the 24th for takealot to investigate this issue and acording to them the return is not concluded 5*this is by far the most horrible experience i had with takealot and its thousends of rands im trying to get a credit for to order another smartphone from them Im really upset and dissipointed with the service i got regarding this returned item
