Poor take a lot service

Placed order 22 september 2023 got a mail 1 october so sorry they send it to wrong depot was will take 2 to 3 working days original delivery was 3 october every time you phone they will follow up and nobody gets back to you this morning gets an sms will be delivered before 5 5 october now got a message wrongly scheduled no parcels received very poor service and 1 parcel was lost
