Poor support service for resellers.

We sell on Take A Lot. For the past few months they have been giving us issues regarding the location of stock for the cancelled orders. They keep providing reports that do not answer the questions we have. They refuse to reimburse orders returned where customers open and assemble the products. The products are returned assembled even though this is also against their policy for returns.
