Poor support
I have 2 issues, the first was when an external usb hdd was on special and their app and website went down, I could add the item to my cart but could not check out. I immediately emailed and phoned takealot to reserve my order, but the response hours later via phone and email was that I missed the deal and stock was sold out. I tried to explain that when I tried to check out there was stock and the person I spoke too was of no help. I asked to speak so someone senior , he told me someone will phone me back and nothing. I even tried to get hold of someone via email and the mail was ignored. ..until now no response. The second issue my wife and myself received a vouches from American express valid for 1 day . Mine worked hers did not I emailed support with a screenshot of the error and the response was that we did not type in the voucher correctly...and there is nothing they can do to help...all in all excellent site fast delivery but pathetic support !!!!!!
