poor supply and bad SCM process

A week ago I purchased a tourniquet with holder from Takealot but after I took receipt of the order I discovered that Takealot deliberately delivered the incorrect holder for me I did a re check on my order to determine if I made a mistake but I have ordered correct item. To return the item cost more than purchase a new one and Takealot refuses to accept any returns anyway. Now this is how money are ****** from the consumer and companies like Takealot just don't care as it is not in their interest to acknowledge mistake but rather let the customer takes the blame for their mistakes.
