Poor stock control and lethargic response

Order firepit on the 10th. Pay for fire pit. Wait 7 days. Then get told no stock - order cancelled. 2 days to credit my account. Now I must "claim" an actual refund instead of a credit. Go back onto Takelaot and find the item is still available for purchase even though there is no stock.
