Poor Show Takealot

Poor Show!!! Ordered items - an incorrect one was sent. I have requested an exchange. I was told this is fine. Have been waiting 7 days for an sms to tell me when to take the incorrect item to the pickup point - nothing. No response to my latest email query. What now??? I cannot use the one product without the incorrect one sent.... There is noone to call as all numbers have been stopped during lockdown..
