Poor servie and faulty item

I am extremely disappointed with the service I am getting from your store. I have log a return query and I was advised by Chad to return the 2 bunner only and the supplier has aggreed as I still have the gas cylinder full. Two drivers came and refused to take the stove only without the gas cylinder. I am now want my cash back and you guys can collect everything else and the refund for the gas money I have already filled. Return ref MRRN-AA9XO 5KZ7
