Poor Services on feedback of delivery

Not getting answers on my delivery, outstanding items, although all were scheduled for delivery 29/7, only received 1 item yesterday, other items although still scheduled for delivery 29/7 still not shipped, agent Zoe mentioned it was sent to incorrect courier, bullocks excuse, its been a week now..order #***
