POOR SERVICES NO COMMUNICATION STAFF MAYBE TOOK MY REFUND FOR THEMSELVES

I have received 2 emails on the 29/8 that 2 refunds were processed. On the 31/8 I only received 1 refund instead of 2. It is now over 1 week. No one is helping me at takealot. I called the bank and even got a reference. Unless someone from takealot took the other amount for themselves.
