Poor services in total

I have made a purchase on the 29th of November 2019 for a hoverboard.It was advise to me three different dates as to when i would receive this item. the 9th,10th and 12th of December 2019 as per takealot website.On take allot is says it will be shipped on the 11th which is today.however according to there dash board the item has not been shipped. After numerous amount of phone calls and additional monies spent no one is able to tell me whether they have the item yes or no!! everyone just escalating i am tired as i waited for +-12 days inclusive of non working days.I just need two things answered do you have the item?? if no can you get my monies back today as 3-5 working days does not work for me...when i paid it was immediately deducted from my account not 3-5 working days!! word of advise take allot don't spin me third party stories as the website where a puchased it from has a reputable name not third party. this is my first time ever buying on take allot and what a bummer of a service:-(
