Poor services and no respect for customers

I made an order on the 18 November 2024 for 2 birthday present and got the delivery date that I was looking for,after few days I got the email and a message that it was delayed by a day and I understood and accepted without me being given any compensation and few days before the date it was delayed,I got another email that it’s delayed now shows 18 November 2024 which is way after the birthdays I was buying items for.

I can’t cancel the order cox it’s paid ,I’m not given any compensation for an inconvenience and I don’t even have a cent to atleast buy something in a meantime.

I am not happy with how they treat customers and not given considering why we buy items and why we checkout on the dates that shows on the checkout stage
