Poor services and false advertising

I logged a return of a defective watch on the 30th of June 2023, I opted to deliver it at their Benoni pick up point which I did on the 4th of July, to date I haven't received any communication regarding my return MRRN-HJMY7-K5EJ. I called to follow up on the 06.07.2023, spoke to Silakhile who promised to follow up and get back to me, she still hasn't provided feedback, when you call the pick up point, the phone just rings, no answer

when I went to drop of the return, I also dropped off one parcel which was not legible for return, Not sure if they delivered a damaged, incorrect product knowing its not legible for return, spoke to Pabalo who works at the Benoni pick up point, showed him what I ordered versus what was delivered, he asked me to leave the parcel with him, he will log a return from their side and he will sent an email communication, to date he has not said anything. Order #*** Can someone please give me an update on the 2 issues.
