POOR SERVICES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

on August 28, I ordered three items Fom Toys Stuffed Elephant Plush Pillow - Grey and Tiny Love - Princess Tales - Take Along Mobile and Wahl Colour Haircutting Comb Set for my Wahl hair machine

the two toys was all in good order. however my Wahl color combs werent. Two of the combs were damanged. Immediately requested for an exchanged i got an sms stating that Takealot is busy with the exhange and they have stock, i also received an sms that by Aug 30th my order would be replaced.

i waited and normally by 10:00 am my orders are delivered. 12:00 midday i knew that i wont be getting my replacement order. I then got another sms that a reschedule time has been arranged for my delivery.

on september 1st takealot came and i was excited that i was finally going to get my replacement goods. the gentlemen told me that he is here to collect i asked what about the replacement he then said that another deliver man will come and deliver he is only there to collect when i did and drove off.

to my surprise today i got an sms that "customer has successfull signed" i went online to check who signed for my item.

i asked my wife if takealot was at our house to deliver my item she said no. My address on the time stamps are incorrect and on the sms. it has been 6 days and i still havent received my replacement item.

i have never experinced this service from Takealot before i have since order two more items from them which has been delivered but not my Wahl color combs

i have also tried calling there customer services number *** useless number no answer only a voice prompt bascially reading what is on there website regarding there office hours and public holidays. which is basically

Customer Service Working Hours: Weekdays 7h00 – 22h00 Weekends 9h00 – 18h00 Public Holidays 9h00 – 18h00 (Closed on Christmas & New Year’s Day)

they do not have an email address NOTHING what a massively poor company in terms of customer service.
