POOR SERVICE...LYING COURIER DRIVERS

I am so disappointed that a large organization like take a lot would be filled with *********** and lying drivers. I had ordered stuff several days ago. Yesterday I get a notification ots out for delivery and by the afternoon was rescheduled due to late deliveries. This morning there is a message no one was at my residence to receive the goods. I am qt home all day. The delivery address is incorrect that the driver went to. These where gifts for my kids now because of the *********** lying drivers I must pay extra as these items where bout on sale
