Poor Service,Delivery Delay

I ordered 2 Items on the 23rd of January and the 24th of January which were supposed to be delivered on Tuesday 28th of January and Wednesday 29th of January. One was rescheduled to Wednesday the 29th of January, I then phoned TakeAlot to find out what the problem is and they said they would email the courier and get back to me which they have not done they are not taking it seriously (I made it clear that they will be delivering to a Fuel Station) it it now Friday the 31st of January and I'm still waiting for my parcel's I do not recommend Takealot to anyone who wants to receive parcels on time and good Communication with any Problems. in Email I was told that the given address does not show on Google maps so i tested it and it is. and They have delivered to this address before,
