Poor service/app payment

I placed and order on Takealot or at least TRIED to. I ordered Le Creuset Mugs that were on sale for R144 as I got money for my birthday to buy these for myself. On Monday 20 Sept I tried making a payment but the app kept hanging and never sent through a payment confirmation to my FNB banking app for me to approve the payment. I left the app for a few minutes to see if it would work if I just waited. And within the time of me returning to pay again the price went up to the normal price of R289. IT WASNT EVEN 30mins. I IMMEDIATELY called the call centre only to be told TWO DAYS (22 Sept) later nothing can be done. I have screenshots that i had the items in my cart since Sunday already. And I was also going to buy more things off the app as I’ve been waiting for them to let me know about the mugs. I will not be supporting takealot anymore as you clearly don’t care. I have photos that I tried to buy these items and also have the messages I sent to my husband that I am trying to buy them. I might also not be a big enough client to takealot or valuable enough. Takealot doesn’t care!
