Poor service with Takealot

I bought ITEMS at takealot and they promised delivery would be monday Dec 02....they then went and delivered the items to a wrong address on the 29th november...my delivery did not arrive and on calling them for follow up they keep sending me from pillar to post , with no confirmation of how they are going to deal or resolve the matter as those items have been paid for
