Poor Service with ********** Orders

I have never had issues with takealot until now. This morning I received a notification that my order has been placed. I opened my app to check as I did not place any order. I noticed that a ********** order was placed and had used my credit on my account. I phoned takealot to cancel the order and they informed me that it would not be possible to cancel until the order was out for delivery. I honestly think this is ridiculous, a ********** order was placed and no one from the company is willing to assist in canceling. Apparently their systems do not allow it. I honestly am so disappointed and disgusted by the service. No one was even willing to assist in changing my details to avoid further orders being placed.
