Poor service when it come to them giving you money back waiting 8 days just to get my money back

I would like to write a review about take a lot. I have place a order for delivery 15 December for them to deliver on the 16 December. The parcel got damages they said they will delivery on the 17 December after 5 no one showed up then the following morning they phone me I did not had my phone so they give me a credit for R434 so I request that they should pay the money out into my back account and that was on the 18 December. I still haven't received any information regarding the money that need to be paid back every time when you email them they say they will escalate it to the right department even if you phone them so below was the mail that I have received from them saying that they will give feedback and I just don't get any feedback or the money back in my account this is really poor service.
