Poor service very poor

I returned a parcel. The takealot said within 21 days they will refund the amount of the purchase. The 21 days has lapsed and all they can tell me is that it's still by the seller... It was send to the sell on the 18 of May 2021 and still no feedback. Than I order another headset supposed to be delivered on the 11 June 2021 but that order was updated as undelivered no one called or sms me like they normally do. Very very very disappointed
