poor service very disgisuted

Deeply disgusted in service from takealot. I ordered a white board from takealot and when it arrived it was damaged so i sent it back and asked for a new one, so i get another board and its also damaged so i send it back again and ask for another one, low and behold the third board arrives and it is also damaged, i then phone takealot and speak to a consultant who does not ask me for my details or the order number and then just says sorry buts me back on hold and then hangs up on me, first call 10 mins long, second call 29min 22 seconds and all they say is sorry and they will collect the item and make sure doesnt happen again. no we value your business no they will give the guy a warning for bad service nothing, you calls are recorded find the oak from the first call and sort him out.
